Matacs Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides these Terms of Use to govern your access to and use of MamaTickets, our digital ticketing and event-management platform. By using the MamaTickets website, mobile application, or any related features (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
MamaTickets allows users to create personal accounts for purchasing tickets, managing bookings, saving preferences, and accessing event information. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as authorized unless you notify us of unauthorized access.
Users may also submit content such as text, images, or other materials (“User Content”) to info@mamatickets.com. By submitting User Content, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and grant Matacs Technologies Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, and display such content for operational or marketing purposes without compensation or credit. User Content must not contain illegal, harmful, or infringing material.
MamaTickets offers in-app purchases, including one-time paid services, subscription plans, premium features, and upgrades. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method. All payments are processed securely through accredited providers. Subscription plans may auto-renew under the terms displayed during purchase. Event-specific refund and cancellation policies are determined by event organizers and shown at checkout.
MamaTickets may send email and SMS messages, including confirmations, updates, reminders, promotional offers, and security alerts. You consent to receiving these communications by using the platform, though you may opt out of marketing messages where permitted.
MamaTickets may request optional access to your device’s GPS location for fraud prevention, event proximity features, and improved personalization. The platform may also request access to your device camera for scanning QR codes at check-in or uploading verification materials. These permissions are optional and controlled via your device settings.
MamaTickets may display advertisements and promotional messages. Advertisements may be contextual or based on non-sensitive behavioral patterns.
MamaTickets uses analytics technologies, including Google Analytics and Firebase, to evaluate performance, analyze user interactions, and improve service quality. By using the platform, you consent to analytics processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All trademarks, logos, service marks, design elements, software code, database architecture, and platform content provided through MamaTickets are the exclusive property of Matacs Technologies Inc. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written authorization.
MamaTickets may offer contests, promotional programs, referral incentives, discount campaigns, or other limited-time offerings. Participation may require acceptance of additional terms. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
Users agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt operations, engaging in fraudulent transactions, manipulating ticket purchases, bypassing system rules, copying proprietary elements, or uploading harmful or illegal material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
MamaTickets is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to ensure reliable operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or suitability for any specific purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matacs Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Because MamaTickets serves users internationally, personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own. By using the platform, you consent to such transfers. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable international data-protection laws, including PIPEDA (Canada).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MamaTickets will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the MamaTickets platform. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
